3.6〉未来将进一步引入运营官合伙人社区选举机制，使运营官合伙人能够得到更好的发展享有更多的福利待遇

3.4 AmeiToken will grant special welfares to partners from time to time to reward their

3.5 partners have the right to propose and organize the implementation of large-scale publicity activities, and to apply for the corresponding publicity expenses for community construction

四、社区运营官合伙人职责

4.1〉社区运营官合伙人需要积极配合客服做文章分发物料，能够迅速做好宣传工作，解答用户问题

4.2〉要积极响应和活跃社群氛围、杜绝群友在群内刷屏发广告，违者立马请出群

4.3〉社区运营官合伙人得到了奖励群主身份转为客服(运营官该享有的福利保留不变)

IV. Responsibilities of community operating officer partners

 4.1 Community operating officer partners need to actively cooperate with customer service to make articles and distribute materials, so as to be adept at publicity and answering user questions quickly.

 4.2 Actively respond to and activate the atmosphere of the community, prevent group friends from displaying advertisements in the group, and take away offenders    immediately from the group.

 4.3 If a partner receives a reward, he or she will be transferred to customer service (the welfares that the operating officer should enjoy are unchanged).

五、社区运营官合伙人考核

5.1〉须建好群后邀请客服进群，客服会观察1周群内的情况，审核群质量(无刷屏无发广告，群活跃度高)通过审核即可成为运营官合伙人

5.2〉运营官合伙人社群不能超过25人以上的重复粉丝，否则该群无效

5.3〉社群每周活跃度不低于210条信息，群聊天内容不做限制，群活跃即可

5.4〉运营官合伙人如想建立第二个微信群或QQ群以及其它社群必须满400人以上才能创建

5.5〉社群活跃度低或者人数明显下降的，将取消运营官合伙人奖励

V. Assessment on community operating officer partners

 5.1 Customer service should be invited to enter the group after the group has been established, who will observe the situation within one week and review the quality of the group (no screen brushing, no advertisement, high activity of the group). Only after passing the review can he or she become a partner.

 5.2 The community cannot have more than 25 repeat fans, otherwise it is invalid

 5.3 The weekly activity of the community includes more than 210 messages, the content of which is not limited, but with activity.

 5.4 Only with more than 400 people in the community can a partner establish a second WeChat group, QQ group or other communities.

 5.5 If the community's activity is low or the number of people falls significantly, the award for operating officer partner will be cancelled.

六、时间计算

AMT客服对运营官合伙人审核时间为1周时间，每月领取代币时间按成为运营官合伙人那天开始计算，满1个月领取，每个运营官客服需记录好各自合伙人加入时间与领取情况。

VI. Time calculation

 AMT customer service will review the operating officer partners for one week. The monthly receipt of tokens will be counted from the day they become the operating officer partners and will be received within one month. Each customer service shall record the time when their partners joined and the receipt status.
